- What's your MOQ?
- Usually we don't set MOQ, but big quantity will get a cheaper price. And we are happy to make sample for clients to ensure quality standard firstly.
- Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
- If you want to check sample first, you need to pay the sample charge and the charge will be refunded to you when the mass order is confirmed.
- What payment terms are you accept?
- T/T. Payment <=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>= 1000USD, 50% balance before shipment.
- What kinds of information you need to quote?
- Kindly please provide the product 2D drawing in PDF and 3D drawing in Step. Or Stp. Format.
- How long can I get the sample and bulk order?
- About sample, if don't need to make tooling. the lead time is around 15 days. If need to make tooling, the lead time is around 30 days. About bulk production, the lead time is about 35-45 days, it depends on quantity and product.
